Cancellation Policy

A colleague may attend in your place, at no extra cost. You are required only to notify us of the name of the person attending so that we can correct our records and minimize confusion at check-in.

Cancellation - 14 days or more before workshop date

Receive a refund, less a $40 administration charge.
or

Receive a credit*, less a $15 administration charge, to any future Leading Edge Seminars workshop.

Cancellation - fewer than 14 days before workshop date

You will receive a credit* (less a $40 administration charge) to any future Leading Edge Seminars workshop.

We regret that refund / credit cannot be offered if your cancellation is not received at least one business day prior to the workshop.

*Credits are transferrable (to another person) and do not expire.

Refunds cannot be given within one week of the workshop date.

American registrations can receive a refund less a $50 administration charge if cancellation is made more than one week in advance.

International registrations (outside North America) can receive a refund less a $100 deposit if cancellation is made more than one week in advance.
