Cancellation Policy - Regular Workshops
Substitution
- A colleague may attend in your place, at no extra cost. You are required only to notify us of the name of the person attending.
Cancellation - 14 days or more before the workshop date
- Receive a refund**, less a $50 administration charge, or
- Receive a credit*, less a $25 administration charge, to any future Leading Edge Seminars workshop (excluding workshops presented jointly with other organizations, and excluding Cuba travel programs).
Cancellation - fewer than 14 days before the workshop date
- You will receive a credit* (less a $50 administration charge) to any future Leading Edge Seminars workshop (excluding workshops presented jointly with other organizations, and excluding Cuba travel programs).
Cancellation - fewer than 1 business day before the workshop (or non-attendance at workshop)
- Please contact us to receive a 50% credit toward future workshops.
Cancellation Policy - Advanced/Extended Training
- Deadlines for refunds will be listed on the registration form for the specific program.
- For extended trainings (multi-session programs), no refund/credit will be given after the program commences.
Cancellation - American and other International Registrations
- Refunds** cannot be given within one week of the workshop date.
- American registrations can receive a refund** less a $50 administration charge if cancellation is made more than one week in advance.
- International registrations (outside North America) can receive a refund** less a $100 deposit if cancellation is made more than one week in advance.
- Substitution can be made at any time: a colleague may attend in your place, at no extra cost. You are required only to notify us before the workshop of the name of the person attending.
*Credits are transferrable (to another person) and do not expire.
**Refunds will only be made in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds to credit cards will only be processed to the same card number used for the original purchase.
