Substitution

A colleague may attend in your place, at no extra cost. You are required only to notify us of the name of the person attending so that we can correct our records and minimize confusion at check-in.

Cancellation - 14 days or more before the workshop date

  • Receive a refund, less a $50 administration charge, or
  • Receive a credit*, less a $25 adminstration charge, to any future Leading Edge Seminars workshop.

Cancellation - fewer than 14 days before the workshop date

  • You will receive a credit* (less a $50 adminstration charge) to any future Leading Edge Seminars workshop.

For cancellation or non-attendance on the day of the workshop, please contact us to receive a 50% credit toward future workshops.

*Credits are transferrable (to another person) and do not expire.


Cancellation - from outside Canada

  • Refunds cannot be given within one week of the workshop date.
  • American registrations can receive a refund less a $50 administration charge if cancellation is made more than one week in advance.
  • International registrations (outside North America) can receive a refund less a $100 deposit if cancellation is made more than one week in advance.
  • Substitution can be made at any time: a colleague may attend in your place, at no extra cost. You are required only to notify us of the name of the person attending so that we can correct our records and minimize confusion at check-in.
