How to Register:

To register for this course, fax/mail the completed registration form, along with your payment information, or call Angela at 416-964-1133.

The course fee is $1,100 plus HST, payable up front or in four installments of $310.75. To reserve a space in the course, the first installment of $310.75 is required as a deposit upon registration. Payments for remaining installments are due on the 1st of each month following the date of your deposit. To request an alternative payment plan, please contact Angela at angela(at)leadingedgeseminars(dot)org or at 416-964-1133.

Payment can be made by cheque or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If paying by cheque, please submit post-dated cheques for all installments when sending in your deposit. If paying by credit card, please note that there will be a processing charge of 3% ($37.29) added to your course fee.

Cancellations:
Cancellations received in writing by April 12th will be charged a $150 administrative fee. After April 12th, there will be no refunds unless we can find another participant to take your place.
